£150 Cash Bonus - terms and conditions
- The Promotion is offered by Twowayspreads (“Twowayspreads”, “we” or “us”), a trading
name of WorldSpreads Limited of 3 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7DD,
UK. The Promotion is only applicable to Twowayspreads spread betting accounts (“Accounts”).
- You agree that by participating in the Twowayspreads “£150 Cash Bonus” promotion
(the “Promotion”) that you will be bound by these Promotion terms as well as the
general terms and conditions that apply to your Account (“Our Terms”). Terms and
expressions used in these Promotion terms shall have the same meaning as in Our
Terms unless specified otherwise.
- Subject to paragraph 13 below, to be eligible to take part in the Promotion you
must:
- be over eighteen (18) years of age and have successfully opened an Active Account
with Twowayspreads; and
- have not previously opened a Twowayspreads Account.
Anyone who meets these above criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying Applicant”.
- For the purposes of these Promotion terms, “Cash Bonus” shall mean the payment of
one hundred and fifty pounds sterling (£150) (or the same nominal figure in the
currency of the Qualifying Applicant’s Account) into the Account.
- The Promotion is strictly limited to one (1) Cash Bonus payment per Qualifying Applicant.
- The Promotion Period will run from 1st August 2010 until further notice.
- In order to receive the Cash Bonus, Qualifying Applicants must during the Promotion
Period:
- deposit a minimum sum of five hundred pounds sterling (£500) (or the same nominal
figure in the currency of the Qualifying Applicant’s Account) into their Account;
and
- make a minimum of ten (10) qualifying closing trades
the above criteria collectively being the “Requirements”.
- For the purposes of these Promotion terms, a “Qualifying Trade” shall mean any trade
in Non-Equity Markets which is made within 8 weeks of an Account being opened. For
the purpose of these Promotion terms, “Non-Equity Markets” shall mean all spread
betting markets except those based on individual shares.
- Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 8 above, Twowaypreads shall have sole
and absolute discretion in determining whether a trade is a Qualifying Trade.
- Subject to the Requirements being met, the Cash Bonus will be paid into the Account
of a Qualifying Applicant within two (2) working days of receipt of a Claim, provided
such a Claim is received within eight (8) weeks of the date the Account was opened.
For the purpose of these Promotion terms, a “Claim” shall mean a claim made in writing
to Twowayspreads Markets Spreads by email or post.
- The Cash Bonus may not be withdrawn from an Account for a period of six (6) weeks
from the date on which the Cash Bonus is credited to the Account. The Account must
be open and not subject to any dispute or default on the date the Cash Bonus falls
due to the Qualifying Applicant’s Account.
- In the event a non-Qualifying Client takes part in the Promotion, we reserve the
right, without prejudice to any other rights under these Promotion terms, or Our
Terms, to immediately withdraw the Promotion from the Account or demand the return
of the Cash Bonus from that person
- Employees of Twowayspreads or its group, or other producers or suppliers associated
with this Promotion, their advertising, printing, and publicity agencies, and their
immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned
people) will not be able to participate in the Promotion.
- The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of
Twowayspreads.
- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers
or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or
breaches the promotion terms, or “Our Terms”.
- We may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process
to provide you with information about our products and services. You can choose

- We reserve the right at our sole discretion to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion,
or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to
Promotion terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms
on the Twowayspreads website.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion terms will be resolved by
Twoway Spreads, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
No correspondence will be entered into.
- If the Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including any problems or technical
malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and the Cash Bonus will
not be rewarded.
- This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- In the event of inconsistency between “Our terms” and these Promotion terms, “Our
terms” shall prevail.
- If these Promotion terms are translated into a language other than English, then
the English version of the Promotion terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
