Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend Offer
1. This promotion is offered by Twowayspreads (“Twowayspreads”, “we” or “us”), a trading name of WorldSpreads Limited of 3 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7DD, UK. The offer is only applicable to Twowayspreads accounts (“Accounts”).
2. You agree that by participating in the Twowayspreads refer a friend promotion (the “Promotion”), you will be bound not only by these Promotional terms but also the general terms and conditions that apply to your Account (“Our Terms”). Terms and expressions used in these Promotion terms and conditions shall have the same meaning as in Our Terms unless specified otherwise.
3. You agree that by participating in the Promotion, you have an existing personal relationship with the person you would like to refer and that person has confirmed that they would be interested in receiving information about products provided by Twowayspreads.
4. The person you would like to refer must be a new applicant to Twowayspreads (not having previously held an account with Twowayspreads or WorldSpreads Limited or any other affiliate company).
5. To qualify for the offer the person you would like to refer must comply with our account opening processes, must deposit at least £250 into their Account and make at least ten closed trades (for each referral) before you would be eligible to receive a £150 payment (the “Minimum Criteria”).
6. Referrals to Twowayspreads are limited to a maximum of five applicants per account holder.
7. You must claim your reward by telephone, e-mail or in writing. Rewards will be paid into your account with Twowayspreads within 30 days of the claim being received.
8. The Refer a Friend form above must be received by Twowayspreads before the account is opened.
9. Twowayspreads reserves the right to exclude you from this scheme if we believe you have tried to benefit from fraudulent activities or bets not made in good faith of the offer or if any of the terms of the Promotion are not correct with regard to you or the person you would like to refer. Twowayspreads is not obliged to provide a reason for such exclusion.
10. You cannot refer yourself, anyone with whom you hold power of attorney or any family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people).
11. Twowayspreads reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or alter its terms at any time
12. In the event of inconsistency between Our Terms and these Promotion terms, Our Terms shall prevail.
13. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
