Authority initiative of Treating Clients Fairly and have adopted the following principals.
Our principles are:
- We shall ensure that all our customers are aware of the risks involved in spread
betting
- We shall not encourage you to engage in trading that is disproportionate to your
financial income
- We shall not encourage customers to chase their losses or continue trading when
they have indicated that they wish to stop
- If you are a retail customer we will ensure that your funds are segregated from
the company account
- Providing you with clear, unbiased and fair information regarding the services we
offer
- Ensure that all financial promotions are clear, fair and not misleading
- We shall deal with any complaints fairly and give you information on our Complaints
procedures should you ever feel dissatisfied with our service.
- We provide information about filtering services, notably the Internet Content Rating
Association (ICRA), so that customers can apply the appropriate filters on their
personal computers.
Should you feel unsure of any aspect of our business please do telephone us and
ask to speak to one of our sales traders who will be more than happy to assist you
and talk you through anything that you do not fully understand.
